Where can you access Templates?

Next time a customer asks you a question you have a prepared answer for โ€“ you can easily click on the โ€œTemplatesโ€ icon ๐Ÿ™ƒ and choose the related template. Voila!

How to create a template?ย 

Step 1:

Head over to your profile.

Step 2:

Click on "Templates".

Step 3:

Click on "Add New Templates".

Step 4: Select a social media profile.

Step 5: Choose a name for your template.

Step 6: Type in your message and save!

โ€‹Note: All saved replies are displayed in the Templates section, where you can edit or delete it depending on your access level.
