How to connect your Instagram Ad Account?

Click 'Settings,' and you’ll land directly in the 'Workspaces' section on the next screen.

From the left menu, click on 'Ad comments.' Locate the Instagram profile for which you want to activate your ad account from the list of add comments, then click the 'Edit' icon.

When the pop-up appears, click on 'Connect ad account.’

Note that you can connect more than one ad account to Sociality.io. All connected ad accounts will appear in the following section.

After clicking, you'll be redirected to Meta to grant permission to access your ad accounts. Please make sure you're logged into the correct Meta account that has access to the ad accounts you wish to connect.

Ensure you select ‘Opt in to all current and future businesses/Pages/Instagram accounts’ on all the screens that appear during the connection process.

There you’ll see the preview of the permissions you’re giving to Sociality.io in a nutshell. Click on ‘Save’ to continue.

Select the ad accounts you'd like to connect to Sociality.io. Then, click on ‘Connect ad account’. And congratulations, you're all set up! 🎈

When the pop-up appears, click on the 'Disconnect’ icon. Click 'Disconnect ad account' again to permanently remove your ad account. Please note that this action is irreversible and the account cannot be restored.

The disconnection of your ad account is complete.
