Before starting, you need to activate your ad token in your account profile. Please read this article first and it will guide you through installing your ad account.
To manage your Instagram Ad Comments go to the Engage section. Head over to “Conversations” where comments, shares, likes from all social media are gathered for your convenience.
Step 1:
Click on "Filter" at the left top corner.
Step 2:
Select Instagram profiles under social profiles section and choose Instagram - Ad Comments.
Voila! All your ad comments in one place :)
