After you decide to subscribe to Sociality.io and complete the subscription process, you need to fulfill the “Billing Details.”

Billing Details” are the screen that summarizes your subscription details like:

  • Which plan do you subscribe to?

  • How many pages do you have?

  • How many users do you have?

  • What is your total payment?

Good to know for the Billing Details screen:

  • If the previewed details do not match your preferences, you can simply click “x” to cancel the process and start over.

  • The system requires you to provide 2 different Address Lines. However, you do not need to have 2 different business addresses to continue. You can simply use lines like this:

Address Line 1: 11 London Road,(Street address)

Address Line 2: Bristol, United Kingdom (City, Country)

  • To the “Details” section, you can add your Tax Number, Tax Office, or any additional information you want to see in your invoice.

⚠️ VAT details to check ⚠️

VAT options differ from country to country. Please check the information provided below to ensure you are benefiting from the advantages.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: It is up to you whether to add or not add a VAT number to your Billing Details. Note that the amount of VAT is automatically added to the billings of the customers from the United Kingdom on the next screen, where you will complete your payment.

🇪🇺 EU and Non-EU countries 🌎: No VAT information is required for the countries inside the European Union and outside of the European Union.

How to continue with the payment page?

Right after you have fulfilled the data required on the “Billing Details” page, then you will be on the Payment page. In this article, we will uncover the details you need to pay attention to, or you may have questions about.

On the left side, you will see the details of your purchase, such as:

  • Your plan,

  • Total amount to pay,

  • Additional service payments (Adding extra users, pages or mentions, etc.),

  • Monthly or Annual subscription,

  • VAT amount (if applicable) and more.

If you think something is wrong with the details, please double-check the previous sections before you continue.

On the right-hand side of the page, you need to provide the relevant pieces of information about your card details. Then select your country or region to complete the “Pay with card” section. Click subscribe to finish the payment.
