A mention typically includes any instance where your brand, product, or keywords related to your business are referenced online.
For instance, if you've created a listening topic for the keyword "Starbucks," our system counts as 1 mention:
Tweets containing the "Starbucks" keyword.
Instagram posts featuring the #Starbucks hashtag.
YouTube videos with descriptions and titles containing the "Starbucks" keyword.
Any articles, blog posts, or public entries that mention the word "Starbucks."
