What’s the social mention?

The Listen module serves as your window into the world of social mentions, allowing you to monitor and retrieve valuable insights about your brand and competitors. But you might be wondering, what is social mention? In a nutshell, it's the process of tracking and analyzing online conversations related to essential keywords from various platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, News, and the broader web.

At Sociality.io, we gather these conversations all in one place, making it a breeze for your team to collaborate effectively. With our Listen module, you can easily track and analyze mentions to uncover consumer sentiments and assess the true health of your brand.

👉 Please note that the Listen module is an optional add-on that can be included with any plan, starting from Pro to Enterprise.

What’s the mention limit?

The mention limit defines the number of mentions included in your pricing plan. If you find that your current mention limit isn't meeting your needs, you have the flexibility to upgrade your plan to accommodate more mentions. For further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. 🙌

What kind of content counts as a mention?

A mention typically includes any instance where your brand, product, or keywords related to your business are referenced online.

For instance, if you've created a listening topic for the keyword "Starbucks," our system counts as 1 mention:

  1. Tweets containing the "Starbucks" keyword.

  2. Instagram posts featuring the #Starbucks hashtag.

  3. YouTube videos with descriptions and titles containing the "Starbucks" keyword.

  4. Any articles, blog posts, or public entries that mention the word "Starbucks."
