We would like to answer your question but first here is a question for you. Is it possible that you converted your Instagram Business account to a personal account in this date range? 🤔

Because, due to the technical restrictions, after converting your personal Instagram account to a Business account, you must publish more than 5 posts just for pulling the data of your posts on your account 👀

There are basically 2 main requirements that you should provide to see your posts on Sociality.io - Instagram reports.

  1. Your account has to be a Business account. You can check our other step-by-step guide to switch your account to a Business account.

  2. You should post more than 10 posts on your feed after converting your account to a Business account.

If you are not able to see some posts on your IG reports, your account may have been going back and forth between Business and Personal accounts on the spoken date range, and when you post a few more contents, you will be able to see all contents on your feed in the reports. But if you are not %100 sure of your account activity, write to us. We are here to help you and finalize the question marks 🥰
