How to add a competitor?

Social media competitor analysis is an invaluable automated process that equips teams with up-to-date data, enabling them to establish accurate benchmarks and strategically align their social media strategy with their business goals. 🎯

To effectively orchestrate competitors' social media performance metrics, content strategy, and advertising campaigns, Sociality.io provides comprehensive reports. To unlock this powerful feature, simply add your competitors' social media accounts to your Sociality.io dashboard. ✨

Here are the steps you should follow ⤵️

  1. Click on “Settings” and it will directly navigate you to the "Brands" section on the following screen.

  2. Go to the “Competitor Analysis” tab and then click on “+ Add New Competitor Profile”

  3. Choose a platform - Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram Business, or YouTube.

    ​​

  4. Once you've chosen the social media platform, identify competitors by entering their URLs or usernames.

  5. Afterward, click on the 'Add +' button. Keep in mind that you have the option to add multiple competitors simultaneously, depending on your plan's limitations.

  6. When you've finished adding competitors, click on the “Continue” button.

  7. Congratulations! 🥳 You’ve successfully added your competitor pages. In the highlighted area, you can view the number of successfully added social accounts and the remaining limit for adding competitor pages, along with any previously connected pages.

  8. Click on “Get started,” and you are good to go!

  9. You can view the added competitors under the "Competitor Analysis" tab.


    Furthermore, you can easily edit or delete previously added competitors’ pages.

  10. Click “Save”

Note: You can analyze competitor profiles within 45 minutes after adding them.
