If you’re seeing this message, it means one or more of your pages have expired tokens. You can easily identify these pages through the notification in your Sociality.io dashboard or by checking the ‘Pages’ tab under Workspaces.
Updating your LinkedIn access tokens is simple! Just follow the steps below to quickly get back to using Sociality.io and streamline your social media management.
Click 'Settings,' and you’ll land directly in the 'Workspaces' section on the next screen.
From the left menu, click on 'Pages.' In the ‘Tokens’ section, expired access tokens are clearly labeled as ‘Expired’ for easy identification. Click the ‘Refresh token’ icon.
Log in to the authorized LinkedIn account associated with the page you want to refresh the access token for. When redirected to LinkedIn, click 'Allow' to proceed.
