Let’s start with a small explanation of what an “Access Token” means in Sociality.io 🙃

"Since Sociality.io does not ask you for any password or credential, all transactions on your pages are done with the assurance of the channels and the access keys you provide to us.”

From time to time, a pop-up window appears asking you to update the access token because the access was expired. You can find details about this expiration here

How can you refresh your tokens?

Step 1:

Click on “Settings” and then it will directly navigate you to the "Brands" section on the following screen.

After clicking on "Brands," a new window with a profile overview shows you detailed information about your profile: number of users, monthly mentions, competitor profiles, etc.

Step 2:

Click on the “Edit” icon.

Step 3:

Click on "Update Access Token". Do not forget that you have to be logged in to your page's social platform, and you must have admin/editor roles on these pages.

Step 4:

Wait until you see the "token updated" notification and save!
